1:1 Coaching
You'd never speak to anyone the way you speak to yourself.
You give everyone else patience, benefit of the doubt, grace. To yourself, you give the harshest voice in the room. This is a place to finally get on your own side.
Is this you
You'll recognize some of this.
- You forgive everyone else easily, but you replay your own mistakes for days.
- You talk yourself out of the things you most want, before you've even begun.
- You've met the bar every single time, and still hear a voice that says it wasn't enough.
- Somewhere along the way the woman you used to be got quiet, and you're not always sure where she went.
The harsh voice inside you was only trying to protect you. But it was never the whole of you. The steadier voice is still there, underneath.
Why I do this
Why I do this work
For most of my life, my voice was never really mine. I shaped it around whoever I was with, because I wanted so badly to belong. I rarely said what was true, and I didn't ask for help, because somewhere in me I believed I should be able to do it all on my own, if I just tried harder.
When I made a mistake, I could carry it for years. Even small things felt like proof that something was wrong with me, until, quietly, my mistakes became who I thought I was. I lived like that for a long time, with no footing to speak or stand from.
So when you're hard on yourself, or you've lost the sound of your own voice, I know that place. I lived in it. Helping women hear themselves again is what I do now. I'm trained in trauma-informed coaching across several healing modalities, and this work is where you're the one being met, so you can set down the weight of getting it right and find your footing again.
What it is
What it is
Private 1:1 trauma-informed coaching, held over a series of weeks, with room made for you from the very first conversation.
There's nothing to prove first, and nothing to earn your way into. A space has already been made, and it's entirely yours: unhurried, warm, and built around you being received rather than the one holding everyone else together.
The work
What's inside
We meet for an hour each week over Zoom, across three months. Midweek, I'll send you a short note by voice or video, so you're held through the week, not just in our hour together.
In that steady rhythm, things begin to move. You start to see why you've done what you've done, and how it once protected you, even where it's started to cost you. The voice that's truly yours, the one you've talked yourself out of, again and again, begins to come through, steadier and surer. And the way you see the people closest to you starts to lift, so you can read what's really happening between you, instead of what an old hurt insists is true.

Let this one be yours
I know how much it can take just to reach out, especially when you're used to being hardest on yourself. This is you choosing, maybe for the first time in a while, to be on your own side. You don't need the right words, or to have any of it figured out first. It's just a conversation, at whatever pace feels right. Come with as much or as little as you like, and I'll meet you there with warmth. A space has already been made for you.
