Enough, Already · A 4-week Align workshop
Why do I feel guilty every time I put myself first?
"I'm so hard on myself. I second-guess everything. And I feel guilty for needing rest, for needing help, for not being perfect." Enough, already.
Founding price · enrollment closes October 15
Is this you
You'll recognize some of this.
Be honest with yourself for a second.
- Someone being upset with you can ruin your whole day. You'd rather give in than risk them being mad at you.
- You carry everyone. You're running on empty, and it still feels like it's all on you to hold it together.
- You nod along when you don't agree, and keep the peace by swallowing what you really wanted to say.
- You know better. You still snap, shut down, or go quiet, and then you replay it for hours.
- You second-guess every decision, even the ones you were sure about a minute ago.
- You're so much harder on yourself than you'd ever be on anyone else. Even resting feels like something you have to earn.
- When you finally do something for yourself, a little voice asks, "Isn't that kind of selfish?"
That guilt isn't proof that you're selfish.
It kept you last, so you could stay close to the people you love.
it was protecting you. you don't need it to anymore.
Rebecca K. Sterling
Why I made this
I know this guilt from the inside.
For most of my life, I shaped myself around whoever I was with, because I wanted so badly to belong. I rarely said what was true. I didn't ask for help. Putting myself first felt like something other women were allowed to do, not me.
What changed everything wasn't trying harder. It was understanding why my body reacted the way it did, meeting the parts of me that were only trying to keep me safe, and learning to protect what truly matters to me, and to trust myself to say it out loud from a place of confidence.
Today I'm a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, and I've walked many women through exactly what you'll learn here. This workshop brings it to you in four weeks, in a small group of women who get it, at a fraction of the cost of working with me one-on-one.
In her words
"I am a much sturdier person… I can actually live my life and my threshold for life is much larger!"
"I had tried books, other coaches, online courses, listened to all the podcasts. I felt I had done everything! … I felt safe from the beginning… I never felt any judgment or shame and in that clarity I was able to set a lot of it down."
What's inside
Four weeks. One foundation at a time.
Enough, Already is a live, online workshop for women who are tired of putting themselves last. Each week gives you one idea, one practice, and one tool you can use that same night.
Why you react the way you do
"I know better. So why do I keep doing this?"
You'll learn how your nervous system decides what's safe, why guilt shows up in your body before you've even thought about it, and how to catch a reaction before it takes over.
The parts of you
"Part of me wants one thing, and another part keeps choosing the opposite."
Meet the part of you that people-pleases, understand what it's been protecting, and learn to lead from the calmer, wiser you underneath.
Saying no without the guilt
"I don't want to be mean. I just want to stop disappearing."
Boundaries aren't walls you build against other people. They start with you. You'll find what you actually need, and how to hold it kindly, without over-explaining.
Saying what you mean
"I never say what I actually want to say."
A simple four-step way to say what you feel and ask for what you need from a place of self-trust, so the people closest to you can actually hear you, without a fight and without shrinking.
Every week, you'll get
- A short teaching video from me
- A printable workbook
- A guided practice to use that week
- A check-in with the group community
- A live 90-minute call with coaching and Q&A, Thursdays at 7 pm Central
- The recording, if you can't make it live
What you've been asking for
What you'll start to feel
Self-love
The same kindness you give everyone else so easily, finally turned toward you.
Self-trust
Making a decision and standing by it, without needing anyone to tell you it's okay.
Joy
Room for the things that light you up, without feeling like you have to earn them first.
Peace
A body that can settle, instead of always bracing for the next thing.
Confidence
Saying what you need without apologizing for it or talking yourself out of it.
Knowing who you are
Remembering what you actually like, want, and believe, apart from everyone else.
Four weeks is a beginning, not a finish line. You'll leave with the foundation, and the tools to keep building it.

Questions
What you might be wondering
What time are the calls?
Thursdays at 7 pm CT, 90 minutes, on Zoom: October 15, 22, 29, November 5 and November 12.
What if I miss one?
Every call is recorded and posted within a day.
How much time does it take?
About 2½ hours a week, including the call.
Do I have to talk or be on camera?
Never. Share as much or as little as you like.
Is this therapy?
No. It's coaching. It works well alongside therapy, but it isn't a substitute for it, and it isn't the right fit if you're in crisis.
Do I need to have it all figured out first?
No. You don't need to have it figured out. You don't need to share more than you want to. You just need to show up as you are. There's nothing to earn your way into here.
When does enrollment close?
Thursday, October 15, before the kickoff call at 7 pm CT. The $97 founding price ends when enrollment closes.
